Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of Baxter products in the South, including Southhampton, Portsmouth, Crawley, Eastbourne, Rye, and Tenterden. Deliver on sales and profit targets, supporting NHS and private healthcare customers. This territory offers growth potential within a sizable area in the South Coast.
* Achieve sales and financial targets for your assigned area.
* Present clinical, financial, and value-based solutions to healthcare decision-makers using an omni-channel approach.
* Train healthcare professionals on Baxter products to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
* Develop and review territory business plans aligned with national strategies and local opportunities.
* Sell portfolio products to enhance growth and position clinical choices for customers.
* Build collaborative relationships to defend and grow the existing business base through customer support and solutions.
* Demonstrate effective sales skills across various customer types and stages of the sales cycle.
* Use sales data and market analysis to inform activities and optimize ROI.
* Contribute to tender processes, including pre-tender activities, submissions, and follow-up.

Candidate Profile
* Proven ability to sell sophisticated product lines with prospecting strategies.
* Strong consultative selling and closing skills.
* Positive, proactive attitude and sales knowledge for developing contacts and strategies.
* Experience in the medical market, especially in theatre environments, is preferred.
* Knowledge of tendering/leasing is an advantage.
* ABPI qualification is desirable.
