GeoSolutions / Surveying tech / GNSS / Total Station, Construction / Infrastructure supply chain, Specialist rental & managed equipment services, Engineering-led solution sales.
£50,000–£55,000 DoE + 30% OTE + Car Allowance
Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager
Start Date: ASAP
We are recruiting Account Managers across four UK territories:
* South: South London / South East
* West: West Midlands / North West
* Midlands: Cotswolds (South of Birmingham through Oxford / Swindon)
* Scotland: Edinburgh / Glasgow belt (2.5–3 hours North & South)
This is an opportunity to join a global leader in measurement and surveying technologies, delivering digital reality solutions across construction, infrastructure, aerospace & defence, safety and security markets.
The Role
You will take full commercial ownership of your territory, managing:
* Named Tier 1 & Tier 2 strategic accounts
* All new business and competitive accounts within region
* Revenue across rental, sales, service and support
The focus is consultative, solution-led selling — expanding share of wallet, developing long-term customer relationships and driving profitable regional growth.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: £50,000–£55,000 DoE
Bonus Scheme (0–15–30):
* Up to 30% of base salary
* Uncapped accelerators
* Weighted towards individual performance
* Paid biannually (August / February)
Car Allowance (Band 1):
* £710 per month (~£8,500 p.a.)
* Business mileage reimbursed
* Electric fleet option available
* Salary sacrifice car scheme available

What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience within UK construction and/or surveying markets
* Background in GeoSolutions, specialist equipment rental, engineering technology or infrastructure supply chain
* Strong account management and solution-selling capability
* Commercially disciplined with CRM forecasting experience
* Full UK driving licence
This is a high-autonomy regional role suited to commercially driven professionals who understand technical solution selling in complex, asset-heavy environments.
