Systems Engineer – Defence Technology Programme
Location: Stevenage | Hybrid Working: 3 days on-site, 2 remote | Salary: Up to £55,000

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and communicate system concepts, architectures, and trades
Elicit and decompose requirements for complex systems
Work with design teams to define design principles and constraints
Support cross-functional assessment and analysis activities
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Present technical solutions to senior stakeholders and influence design decisionsCandidate Profile:
Strong analytical and systems thinking skills
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
Experience with multi-domain systems and architectural processes
Agile mindset and willingness to learn and deliver in a collaborative environment
