Work Pattern: Monday-Friday, 08:45-17:30
Contract: Likely 12-24 month FTC (aligned to project delivery), with potential extension

What You'll Do
* Lead the day‑to‑day delivery of the CRM migration
* Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies
* Act as the key link between business, IT, and suppliers
* Drive rollout and adoption across the branch network
What We're Looking For
* Proven project delivery experience (CRM / systems‑led change)
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Ability to drive progress and challenge constructively
* A clear communicator who gets things done
* This is not a reporting role - it's a delivery role
