We specialise in rosette standard menus using locally sourced ingredients to produce Modern British Fayre.
The ideal candidate will have a natural flair in team management and leadership within a hospitality background.

Responsibilities & Duties:
* Manage reservations, greeting and seating customers on arrival
* Hosting & expediting
* Ensure timely & accurate delivery of food & drink
* Answer questions regarding menus & make recommendations
* Opening & closing business
* Support smooth daily operations & assisting management
* Maintaining standards of quality control, hygiene, health & safety
* Training new staff to our high standard of service
* Organise & manage events and create promoting social media content

* Leadership & team motivation abilities
* Strong hospitality background (bartending/serving experience)
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
* Proactive approach to problem-solving & decision making
Our Training & Progression Prospects:

Shift Examples:
* 40-45 hours a week of 8 shifts
* Day shifts can include: 930am-4pm / 1130am-4pm
* Evening shifts: 530pm-11pm (approx.)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per hour
