Position Overview
We are seeking a Key Account Manager for our UK & Ireland business. You will report to the Sales Director, Sales Professional UK & Ireland.
Responsibilities
* Analyze markets and identify trends.
* Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with targets and plans.
* Maintain CRM focusing on long-term partnerships, especially with key customers.
* Manage pricing within defined frameworks.
* Execute and follow up on orders.
* Monitor market and competition.
* Introduce innovations, such as new products.
* Communicate customer demands and feedback.
* Support complaint processing.
Required Skills
* Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience or similar.
* Proactive with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
* Proficient in SAP systems and MS Office.
