Role Description
This is an on-site role located in Hampton, Peterborough for a Receptionist/Administrator within a busy secondary school. The individual will be responsible for managing front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and managing correspondence. The role requires excellent customer service skills to assist students, parents, and staff efficiently.
Candidate Experience
* Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
* Strong Clerical Skills and ability to manage administrative tasks
* Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
* Exceptional Customer Service skills to assist and manage visitors effectively
* Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with educational environment is a plus
