Who We’re Looking For:
Experienced SEND TAs are ideal, but we also welcome those with relevant qualifications, similar experience, or the right attitude and commitment to learn.
For those new to SEND support, we offer CPD opportunities and a Paid trial day before placement to help you build experience.
