We are currently seeking a dedicated and accomplished Reception Manager to lead our front-of-house team. As the Reception Manager, you will play a central role in overseeing the reception area, managing reservations, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment. Overview
Sexy Fish Manchester is seeking a Reception Manager to lead the front-of-house team, oversee the reception area, manage reservations, and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the reception area, ensuring high service standards.
* Manage and coordinate reservations, optimizing seating arrangements and guest flow.
* Open Table and/or Seven Rooms experience.
* Supervise and mentor reception staff, providing guidance to maintain a positive work environment.
* Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution.
* Collaborate with the management team to organize and execute private events and functions.
* Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
* Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere for both guests and staff.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Reception Manager or in a similar front-of-house role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Familiarity with reservation systems and administrative tasks.
