Working Pattern: Average 24.5 hours over a two week period.
Week 1 (28 hours) Monday 10:00am - 18:00pm Tuesday 10:00am - 18:00pm
Saturday 10:00am - 18:00pm
Sunday 10:00am - 18:00pm
Week 2 (21 hours) Wednesday 10:00am - 18:00pm Thursday 10:00am - 18:00pm
Friday 10:00am - 18:00pm

As a Host with ISS UK, you will be an ambassador for both ISS and our clients. The Role
1. Create a positive experience for guests and colleagues and provide amazing customer service at all times
2. Be an exceptional spokesperson and engage with your guests queries about site and operations
3. Build your knowledge of your environment and promote the various destinations, food services and activities
4. Take opportunities to foster relationships and build rapport with guests and colleagues
5. Keep an eye out for any innovations or improvements we can make to the workplace, site experience and culture, and be ready to share your ideas
6. Emanate a positive energy during tours being an advocate the business by sharing your knowledge of the site’s workspaces, facilities and general culture
About You
7. You have fantastic customer service skills and you’re ready to take it to the next level
8. You have a social and welcoming personality and can engage with everyone professionally
9. You’re a team player but can confidently work independently
10. You consider others and have the drive to help wherever you can
11. Have experience working with relevant systems (e.g., MS Office)
