Overview
Our client is the most recognisable name in their industry and now looking for a maintenance engineer to join their business. They have a reputation for investing in their engineers, through training courses and structured development plans.
Role & Responsibilities
* Follow PPM schedule and react to breakdowns
* Assist with continuous improvement and machinery upgrade projects
* Responsibility for ensuring all production machinery and factory equipment is maintained to reduce downtime
* Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* Ability to problem solve and implement corrective actions
* BTEC Level 3 in Engineering or higher
* Experience as a maintenance engineer in a manufacturing environment or similar role
* Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
* Electrical and Mechanical fault-finding skills
