We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular roleSalary:CompetitiveWhat you'll be doing:Working in security assurance you will be engaged in the business supplier lifecycle, undertaking business risk analysis, assisting audit and assurance activities within BAE Systems and the Supply Chain
Liaising with customers and partners across the business and stakeholder engagement with suppliers within the UK and occasionally Non UK
Consulting with major programmes and IT projects to ensure they comply with information security policies
Monitoring and reviewing of information and physical security controls against government policy and contractual obligations to ensure their effective operation
Assisting with investigating contraventions of security policies
Maintaining and reviewing appropriate Information Security & Security Processes
Your skills and experiences:Essential:Valid UK Driving License
Communication skills, with the ability to adapt these skills to different circumstances and across of levels of the enterprise
Analytical skills and the ability to take a systematic approach to analyse and investigate security issues and to develop solutions or improvements
Strong working knowledge of MS Office programmes, including Excel
Understanding of information and cyber security principles
Desirable:Previous use of SAP
ISO27001 Lead Auditor
Experience of working with commercial or legal documents
Experience of producing reports/formal documents
