Job Description
As a Digital Customer Administrator you will be ensuring that all inbound post and customer related documentation is available and delivered to colleagues within agreed SLAs using digital mail technologies whilst providing the necessary archive services to meet regulatory requirements.
As a Digital Customer Administrator you will:
* Deliver inbound business post to colleagues/stakeholders digitally in a timely and accurate manner within set SLA's
* Deliver automated business post to customers using third party equipment and updating records accurately within set SLAs
* Ensure customer related documentation and general business documentation is collected and filed appropriately
* Process all requests related to historic customer documentation and general business documentation to ensure it is delivered to the business, refiled and disposed of within the agreed SLA
* Maintain all relevant records so that necessary information is available promptly
* Keep all document activities up to date according to their status on various systems
Qualifications
Essential:
* Good level of IT/technology capability with the ability to operate essential equipment and problem solve when faults occur
* Proven ability to continually identify and highlight process improvements to drive efficiencies and reduce error whilst managing routine and repetitive tasks
* Adaptability to changing business environment and departmental processes
* Ability to work under pressure and to strict timescales
