The Role:
As an Area Manager, you will lead and support multiple branches, driving performance and profitability. You’ll guide Branch Managers to create customer-focused environments, while ensuring consistent delivery of our top-tier services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Branch Managers to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
* Develop Teams by identifying training needs and personal growth opportunities.
* Lead Business Innovation meetings to implement growth strategies across branches.
* Monitor Performance using KPIs to ensure branch profitability and progress.
What We’re Looking For:
* Multi-site Leadership Experience in optical retail (essential)
* Strong Commercial Awareness and the ability to drive business growth
* Excellent Communication & Leadership Skills
* Passion for Customer Satisfaction
