Senior Talent & Retention Partner
We are seeking a Senior Talent & Retention Partner to lead our resourcing and retention strategy. This is a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a modern, in‑house recruitment model that transforms how we attract and retain talent. Working within our People Services Team, the postholder will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning to onboarding, while driving innovative solutions that support organisational growth and sustainability.

What you will do:
* Lead and modernise recruitment processes, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
* Develop and implement strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent.
* Champion employer branding initiatives in collaboration with our Creative Communications Team.
* Use data and analytics to inform workforce planning and retention strategies.
* Build strong relationships with hiring managers, external partners, and local schools/colleges.
* Drive diversity, inclusion, and values‑driven hiring practices.
* Implement retention initiatives, including stay interviews, recognition schemes, and engagement plans.
What we’re looking for:
* REC Level 5 Diploma in Recruitment Leadership (DipRL) or equivalent experience.
* Proven track record in senior‑level talent acquisition and workforce planning.
* Strong background in employer branding and candidate experience.
* In‑depth knowledge of UK employment law and recruitment compliance.
* Expertise in modern sourcing techniques and digital platforms.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills.
* Highly organised, proactive, and collaborative.
