Are you an accomplished After Sales Manager with a proven track record of leading large, high-performing teams? This is a rare opportunity to take the reins at a brand new, cutting-edge dealership partnered with a globally recognised automotive brand.
With a headcount of around 35, including 15 skilled technicians, you'll shape the customer experience, drive operational excellence, and lead the aftersales function in a flagship site designed to be a leader in its market.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Leading and developing a large aftersales team to deliver exceptional service
Driving profitability and operational performance across service, parts, and workshop
Maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction scores and retention
Ensuring compliance, brand standards, and seamless daily operations
Coaching, motivating, and mentoring technicians and front-of-house teams
Managing budgets, forecasting, and performance KPIs effectively
Championing continuous improvement and best-in-class processes
What We're Looking For
We want someone experienced, ambitious, and confident running a large, fast-paced aftersales operation. You must have:
Extensive experience as an After Sales Manager
A strong track record managing big teams and achieving commercial targets
Excellent leadership capability with the ability to inspire and influence
A customer-first mindset and a solution-driven approach
