Are you an established Deputy Kitchen Manager, or an experienced Chef or Line Chef seeking development? We’ll hedge a bet that you’re able to spin 100 plates at once, not literally – of course, but you’re someone who thrives under pressure and loves change.
As clichéd as it sounds, you’ll believe that delivering memorable experiences really is all about the small details. How will you do this? Well, you’ll make sure your regular Friday customer, Piotr gets their bacon almost burnt to a crisp as you know he likes it; or you’ll perfect an exciting, new, vegetarian specials dish that a regular thinks is super Instagramable as soon as it’s put in front of them.
What you’ll be doing as a Deputy Kitchen Manager
1. Supporting the Kitchen Manager with daily operations in your kitchen
2. Supporting your brigade in changing it up by recreating the meals developed by our central Food and Beverage team
3. Consistently finding innovative ways to drive financial performance without compromising on quality

5. Supporting with leading and developing your brigade of Line Chefs, whilst being Robin to Batman (your Kitchen Manager)

What’ll make you a great fit for this Deputy Kitchen Manager role

10. With a passion for change, you have the ability to create specials that are both creative and profitable, and you’re excited by a company that will trust you to run with this!
