Full Earning Potential: £47,560 per annum

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a new residential service in Lytham supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives on creating a positive, person-centred, and empowering environment.
As Registered Manager, you will set the culture of the service, lead by example, and ensure the highest standards of care. Your leadership will be instrumental in embedding best practices, ensuring compliance, and supporting individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a high-performing, motivated team.
* Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
* Deliver person-centred care and support tailored to individual needs.
* Ensure full compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements.
* Manage staffing rotas, supervisions, inductions, and team development.
* Uphold and implement organisational policies and procedures.
* Represent the service to commissioners, referrers, and stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience managing a residential service for adults with learning disabilities and/or autism.
* Experience leading a service to full CQC compliance, including inspections.
* Ability to manage, develop, and inspire a staff team.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or equivalent).
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively.
* Confident working independently and participating in on-call duties.
* Full UK driving licence.
Additional Responsibilities
* Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures.
* Handle data in line with the Data Protection Act.
* Complete mandatory training and demonstrate knowledge of Safeguarding, MCA, and DoLS.
* Escalate and report safeguarding concerns promptly.
Schedule
* Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
* 40 hours per week
Location Requirement
You must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Lytham before starting.
