Salary – £29,619 - £34,840 per annum (dependant on qualification/s and experience)

Bright Horizons Weybridge Nursery is in the heart of Weybridge town centre, and on the doorstep of a lovely recreational park. We are conveniently located just off the main high street with access to local bus stops and a wide variety of shops, cafes, and coffee shops to enjoy during your lunch break. We are a 10-minute walk from Weybridge train station and residential parking is available just a short walk away from the Nursery. Our Nursery is a beautiful grade 2 listed building with lots of natural light, character, and charm. Our long standing, committed team are lead by an experienced leadership team who lead with HEART and are very hands on, with a well being focused approach.

The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.
What we’re looking for
8. Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
9. Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
10. Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
11. Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
12. Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
