Senior School Technical Manager – School of Art and Media Location: Brighton – City Campus and Moulsecoomb
Salary: £50,253 to £58,225 per annum

In this role, you will have a key responsibility to provide strategic leadership in delivering technical services that support teaching, research, and knowledge exchange. We will also expect you to contribute to the overall vision of the school. You’ll need to be able to provide high‑level leadership to the technical team to ensure an excellent student experience and a high‑quality teaching and research environment. Working in close consultation with the school’s leadership team will be key to ensuring the effective delivery of technical resources that meet the needs of the academic subject areas.
Qualifications
Demonstrable knowledge and experience of technical expertise within the subject areas delivered by the School
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities, meet deadlines, and perform at an appropriate level of responsibility
The ability to work independently, taking responsibility for setting and achieving targets for both your own work and that of others
The ability to oversee and implement health and safety processes and procedures within the School, and to promote a strong health and safety culture
