Our Selfridges operation spans over the ladies, men’s and kids wear shoe galleries, selling over 250 luxury brands. This is an exciting environment within a store that whose vision is to be the destination for the most extraordinary customer experience by surprising, amazing and amusing their visitors and making everyone feel welcome.
Role Overview
The Brand Manager will act as the primary brand ambassador and commercial lead for Golden Goose within Selfridges London. Working on behalf of Kurt Geiger, the role is responsible driving sales performance, elevating brand presence, delivering best-in-class activations, and maintaing a strong, collaborative partnership between Kurt Geiger, Golden Goose, and Selfridges.
This role requires a balance of strategic brand stewardship, commercial acumen, operational excellence, and relationship management within a luxury retail environment.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
* Act as the day-to-day brand representative for Golden Goose within Selfridges London across Ladies, Men’s and Kids.
* Ensure consistent representation of the brand in line with Golden Goose’s global identity and values.
* Serve as a key point of contact between Kurt Geiger, Golden Goose, and Selfridges stakeholders.
* Own and manage the sales performance of Golden Goose across the Selfridges business.
* Analyse KPIs including sales, stock turn, conversion, co-creation, and client engagement.
* Identify growth opportunities through trading initiatives, space optimisation, and assortment strategy.
* Partner with buying, merchandising, and operations teams to drive commercial success.
* Lead the planning and execution of brand activations, launches, pop-ups, and special projects.
* Collaborate with marketing, VM, and Selfridges teams to deliver elevated customer experiences.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Golden Goose brand partners and Selfridges teams
* Act as a trusted partner, ensuring clear communication and alignment on shared objectives.
* Represent the brand in meetings, presentations, and business reviews.
Requirements
* Experience in brand, retail, or commercial management within premium or luxury fashion
* Strong understanding of department store environments
* Commercially driven with strong analytical capability
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills
* Confident brand ambassador with strong presence and credibility
* Strategic yet hands-on mindset
* Highly organised, adaptable, and detail-oriented
