Jackson Hogg is delighted to be supporting a fantastic client in North Shields with the appointment of an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity, working in a fastpaced, international environment and managing receivables across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Chase aged debt and escalate where necessary to support timely collections.
* Handle customer and internal queries promptly and professionally.
* Create and maintain accurate customer accounts in the system.
* Conduct credit checks for new and existing customers.
* Support routine reporting and analysis, including using Microsoft Excel.
* Work independently once trained, managing daily AR processes efficiently.
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or finance operations preferred.
* Confident with Microsoft Excel and basic reporting.
* Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to prioritise workload.
* Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams and customers
