ARNE is an apparel and footwear brand/retailer based in Birchwood Park near Warrington, UK. We design and develop our products in the UK, manufacture in the near & far east, and then ship directly to our customers via ARNEclo.com. We have recently expanded our availability through Selfridges, both in store and online.
Our ambitious goals for the next decade include launching new product categories in shoes and womenswear, as well as creating paid media, CRM activities, and expanding internationally to enhance our brand presence.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of Design & Buying, you will lead the design and development of new products across all ranges and contribute to new product category launches. You will work closely with the Design and Buying Manager and the Co-Founder to develop and maintain the ARNE brand identity.

Responsibilities
1. Support the creative direction and aesthetic for all product ranges in collaboration with the Head of Design & Buying and Co-Founder.
2. Improve product quality to ensure customer satisfaction, working with the Garment Tech team.
3. Develop new product ranges aligned with brand identity and market trends.
4. Research and analyze current market trends to keep designs relevant.
5. Coordinate with logistics and product development teams to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.
6. Communicate effectively with the team and external manufacturers for efficient production.
7. Perform any additional duties as required.
Requirements
1. Support with creative direction and design aesthetic across product ranges.
2. Enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
3. Develop new product categories consistent with market trends.
4. Research and analyze trends to ensure relevance.
5. Collaborate with teams to meet delivery timelines and budgets.
6. Maintain effective communication with internal and external partners.

Experience and Skills
1. Previous experience in womenswear.
2. Ability to design across multiple categories.
3. Strong knowledge of garment construction and manufacturing techniques.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills.
5. Experience managing a team.
6. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or other design software.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
