JOB TITLE: Trolley Management & Cleaning Operative LOCATION: Castlepoint Shopping Park, Bournemouth HOURS OF WORK: 20 hours per week, variable-will include weekends PAY RATE: £12.36 per hour Main Duties & Responsibilities: This is a dual role which may include a variety of tasks but specifically: To collect loose trolleys from all areas of the centre and secure them safely in the designated areas for public use. To perform various cleaning & waste management duties as required. To ensure that all duties carried out are strictly in accordance with our standards & policies so that quality work is delivered, meeting/exceeding our expectations. To always wear well laundered company uniform so that Castlepoint Shopping Park’s’ reputation for professionalism and quality is never compromised. To ensure that all work undertaken is carried out in accordance with Castlepoint & ABM’s Health and Safety procedures. Moreover, to demonstrate their commitment to the fact that each Castlepoint/ABM employee has a personal responsibility for their own health and safety and for that of persons who may be affected by their acts/or omissions. Whilst at work to effectively assist with the public in a friendly & professional manner. To carry out your duties as directed by the Supervisor.
