What you’ll be doing:
* Providing 1st line support to a wide range of clients across the UK
* Troubleshooting issues across Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware
* Escalating complex tickets to senior engineers
* Helping maintain excellent customer satisfaction scores
What we’re looking for:
* 6–18 months’ experience in an IT support role (ideally MSP or multi-customer)
* Solid understanding of Windows desktop environments and Microsoft 365
* Confident communicator who enjoys solving problems and learning new tech
* Full UK driving licence (occasional client visits)
