Follow lesson plans provided by the regular class teacher and adapt where necessary to meet the needs of the students. Build positive relationships with students, staff, and school leadership while ensuring a smooth transition for students in the absence of their regular teacher. Ideal Candidate: A qualified teacher with experience in primary education, and the ability to teach across various year groups (EYFS, KS1, KS2). A flexible, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to teaching, with a passion for helping children succeed. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to foster a positive learning environment. Excellent communication skills and a professional, approachable manner.
