What We’re Looking For: * Qualifications: Be educated to degree level in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business, IT, Change Management, or similar). A certification in Change Management (e.g. Prosci, APMG) and/or Agile or Scrum certification, ITIL Foundation or equivalent, Project Management qualification (e.g. APM) would be advantageous. * Experience: Proven experience in planning and delivering digital change initiatives with a strong understanding of digital transformation principles. Ability to translate business needs into technology requirements whilst working across cross-functional teams and liaising between business and technical stakeholders. Experience in managing service providers and familiarity with application development processes and tools (e.g. DevOps). * Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong understanding of business activities and processes. Effective at managing multiple priorities with a proactive, analytical approach. Collaborative mindset with proven ability to influence and guide teams through change, working both independently and collectively. * Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.
