Bid Manager
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for winning bids and driving business growth? I am looking for an experienced Bid Manager to lead my clients tendering efforts across public and private sectors.
This is a full-time, remote with some office travel, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-growing cyber security consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the full bid life cycle: from identifying opportunities to submission, negotiation, and contract finalisation.
* Proactively source and qualify tender opportunities aligned with our growth strategy.
* Manage relationships with procurement portals and frameworks (eg, G-Cloud, CCS).
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposals are accurate, competitive, and customer-focused.
* Craft compelling, high-quality proposals that clearly communicate our value proposition.
* Maintain compliance across procurement platforms and frameworks.
* Ensure internal bid governance is followed.
* Monitor and report on bid performance to support continuous improvement.

1. APMP Certification
2. Proven success in senior bid management or sales leadership roles within IT services; cyber security experience is a strong advantage.
