Job Title - Drinks Buggy Attendant
Location - Mill Green Golf Club
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Drinks Buggy Attendant to provide beverage service to golfers around the course. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, delivering excellent service, and creating a positive guest experience.
Requirements
* Operate the drinks buggy safely and responsibly around the golf course
* Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with licensing laws
* Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
* Handle cash and card payments accurately
* Maintain stock levels and restock the buggy as required
* Ensure the buggy is clean, organised, and presentable at all times
* Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards
* Report any issues or incidents to management promptly
Skills & Experience
* Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident handling money and payment systems
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
* Knowledge of responsible alcohol service (training can be provided)
Requirements
* Must be 18+ (due to alcohol service)
* Valid driving licence preferred (if required for buggy operation)
* Flexible availability, including weekends and peak golf times
