Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant with a hybrid admin and marketing role to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a growth mindset, strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to managing varied tasks. As with any start-up or small business, flexibility and a problem-solving mindset will go far in this role. Future growth and commission-based entrepreneurial and training opportunities may be available for the right individual.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support: scheduling clients, workshops and courses, email management, research, organising paper and digital files
* Develop and support relationships with marketing partners
* Handle light bookkeeping and financial tracking
* Assist with marketing efforts: drafting content, newsletters, outreach campaigns
* Support social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Support creative projects, workshops, and course materials
* Edit and time-code videos
* Canva experience is a bonus
* Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
* Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring easy retrieval of information
* Support financial tasks using QuickBooks for invoicing and bookkeeping purposes
* Confidentiality, respect, and professionalism are highly valued
