Community Delivery Manager
We are looking for a Community Delivery Manager to join us on a fixed‑term contract until February 28th 2026.
Responsibilities
* Drive continuous improvement using data and management insights (MI) to improve service delivery.
* Monitor and improve performance metrics, including Speed of Service, Next Day, C2C, Collections, Claims/Enquiries.
* Minimise customer enquiries by enhancing the delivery experience through effective courier engagement and communication.
* Capacity management – interview, select and onboard couriers to ensure full round coverage.
* Build sustainable courier coverage to reduce risk and meet growing delivery demands.
* Maintain cost leadership by managing courier fees, ad‑hoc payments, and local asset use.
* Collaborate with delivery units and customer service teams to resolve concerns and improve satisfaction.
Qualifications
* A valid UK driving licence.
* Proven experience in coaching, supporting and motivating individuals or teams.
* Confident in problem‑solving and building effective contingency plans.
* Adaptable – able to flex communication style across different stakeholders.
* Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills.
