What You’ll Be Doing: Managing customer accounts across the EMEA region, ensuring timely and accurate order processing via SAP Acting as the key liaison between customers, production, planning, and logistics teams Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with internal departments to meet delivery schedules Handling customer queries and providing proactive updates throughout the order lifecycle Supporting wider project activities and contributing to process improvements ✅ What We’re Looking For: Manufacturing industry experience is essential – you understand the pace and complexity.
