We are looking for enthusiastic and dependable colleagues with Health and / or Social Care experience who can contribute to the care of our patients with kindness, compassion and empathy whilst providing sub-acute care, palliative care and complex rehabilitation services. We have vacancies available on our Community Hospital Wards in the following locations -
* Rutland
* Coalville
* Hinckley
* Loughborough
* Melton
* Leicester
* Market Harborough
Our wards are led by nurses and you will work under their guidance as part of a very supportive team. You will be supported to complete the Care Certificate if you do not already hold this and we actively encourage on-going development. The post will provide cover on a rota basis over a 24 hour per day, 7 day a week service and shifts will be 7.5 or 11.5 hours long.

Job Description Summary (Main duties and responsibilities)
* Undertaking clinical observations and providing clinical care as delegated.
* Supporting our patients in maintaining their health, well-being and independence.
* Providing personal care to include washing, dressing and toileting / continence care.
* Accurately recording patient information.
* Working collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families.
