We are now seeking a professional and motivated Account Manager to join our Birmingham office, working nationwide. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong, proactive relationships with customers, ensuring high service standards, and identifying opportunities for account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop a multi-million pound portfolio of clients.
* Spend time on site with top customers to ensure all service requirements are being met in the best way possible.
* Monitor customer performance and prepare reports.
* Identify opportunities to increase services and grow revenue.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Candidate Profile:
* Experience in account management or client-facing roles.
* Strong communication, relationship building and management skills.
* Organised and commercially focused.
* A desire to be instrumental in the creation of an account management department.
What We Offer:
* £40,000 to £45,000 with car allowance and performance commission.
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
