This role is pivotal in ensuring the executive's time is optimally managed, allowing them to focus on strategic initiatives.
• Calendar & Email Management: Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Tech Integration: Implement and manage digital tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
• Project Coordination: Assist in planning and executing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives achieved.
• Information Management: Organise and maintain documents, reports, and records with utmost confidentiality.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Chosen candidate will need:
• Proven experience as an assistant to a team or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
