In this key role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, logging repair requests, coordinating operatives, and ensuring every enquiry is handled with professionalism and care.

The Role:
Log and prioritise repair requests.
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
Schedule and update operative calendars.
Maintain accurate job and customer records.
Escalate urgent issues when required.The Person:
Organised, professional, and customer-focused.
Confident communicator with good computer skills (Word, Excel).
Able to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment.
