CCS Administrator (12-month fixed term contract)

* Salary: Up to £27,810 per annum + benefits package.
* Annual Leave: 25 days, plus bank holidays (rising to 30 days)

Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) manages over 7,400 homes in the North of England. Our in-house team, Castles & Coasts Services (CCS), handles repairs, maintenance, and other services for CCHA properties.

Your Role:
* Be part of a professional and customer focused team.
* Provide efficient, effective and high standard of work.
* Support the team to conduct repairs and maintenance activities safely, minimising downtime, and maximising productivity and customer satisfaction.
* Work with other teams, external suppliers and contractors.
Requirements:
* 5 GCSEs A*- C, (or equivalent) including English Language and Maths
* Experience of working within cyclical, planned and/or responsive maintenance programmes.
* Use of bespoke IT systems, especially mobile working and job control software.
* Computer literacy, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
* Ability to work independently and manage tasks.
