The Role
You’re not part of a cold‑calling role. You’ll be supporting clients during important and often emotional moments, ensuring every conversation is handled with empathy and care. Training & Working Pattern
Training starts 13th July 2026 with 4 weeks of onsite training (Mon–Fri, 8AM–4PM). After 5 months onsite, you’ll have the option to move into hybrid working.
Shift Pattern
Shifts run between 8AM and 8PM, with an alternate Sunday shift.
