Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver engaging lessons that inspire a love of learning and cater to the diverse needs of your students.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued, supported, and motivated to achieve their best.
Assess student progress and provide insightful feedback to help them grow academically and personally.
Work collaboratively with fellow staff, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
Engage in school-wide initiatives, events, and professional development to continuously refine your teaching practice.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with previous experience teaching in KS1.
Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and innovative teaching methods.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to form positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
A proactive approach to teaching with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
A passion for delivering creative, inspiring lessons that make learning both enjoyable and impactful.
