CUSTOMER SERVICES - IT’S A PEOPLE THING

It’s not about what you know. It’s who you are. As a Hire Controller, you’ll be doing one of the most important jobs in our business—looking after our customers. This involves building relationships, understanding their needs, and helping them do it better.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering a top-tier service while using your product knowledge to maximize upselling opportunities. Your days will involve communicating with customers via phone, email, and website requests. You’ll manage each order from enquiry to post-hire feedback, taking ownership of the customer journey and fostering relationships with regular clients. You should enjoy thinking quickly and using your initiative to ensure we provide an excellent customer experience and continue to improve our service.
