Responsibilities
* Management of a diverse team, their workload, performance, training and quality of client support.
* Maintain good client relationships and closely manage VIP cases, escalations, and participate in client presentations and meetings.
* Manage a diverse network of providers and monitor their performance and quality of client support.
* Lead diverse projects important to the ongoing improvement of organisational processes for the benefit of Fragomen and the team.
* Share best practices and provide strategic insights into complex inquiries, projects and high-profile matters.
* Identify and pursue new client opportunities.
* Enforce existing service delivery standards and build new processes.
* Scope and price service models; identify and implement new service models for the team.
The team
The EMEA Coordination team processes client applications for countries where Fragomen does not have a physical office. This is a dynamic team with employees from various backgrounds and languages.
What we are looking for
* Similar experience at this level within Italian immigration, with supervisory and mentoring experience gained through team management and vendor performance.
* Proven record of client facing and strong customer service experience, including the ability to present to clients and manage escalations.
* Ability to analyse, structure, build and define clear processes, identify opportunities and provide innovative solutions; proven record of strategic thinking and advisory work.
* Ability to identify, assess and manage risk when making decisions.
* Excellent organisation skills with the ability to plan, prioritise, meet deadlines, monitor budget and manage multiple projects.
* Ability to motivate, lead and develop a growing team, and work as an enthusiastic member of the team.
