Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Customer Service Advisor in Luton to join a well-established company based in Capability Green. 💷 Salary: £24, – £27, per annum (depending on experience)
⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm

Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling inbound calls with a confident and professional telephone manner
2. Delivering top-level customer service to high-profile clients
3. Supporting the team with general administrative duties
4. Updating and maintaining data using Microsoft Excel
5. Ensuring all customer interactions are handled efficiently and positively
6. Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth processes
Essential Skills & Experience:
7. Clear, confident, and friendly telephone communication
8. Positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile
9. Previous experience in a customer service or admin role
10. Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel
11. High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
12. Comfortable handling sensitive client interactions
