The opportunity:
We are looking for a motivated and tech-curious Junior Application Analyst to join our IT team. The role will report to the Head of IT.
What are key duties of the role?
* Provide 1st line support for business applications and systems
* Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues with guidance
* Assist with application testing, configuration, and setup
* Help maintain system documentation and user guides
* Collaborate with departments to understand and support their software needs
What we need you to bring to the team:
* Basic knowledge or interest in IT systems and technology
* Eagerness to learn and build a career in tech
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
* Any exposure to customer service, IT helpdesk, or admin work is a bonus - but not essential
