Temporary Administration Assistant required for Ballymena to cover approx for approx 3 months.
Mon-Frid 9am-5pm
THE ROLE
The role is varied and will provide administration support across the team in its day to day operational activities offering excellent customer experience.
1. Providing administrative support to a team of Metering/Metering Support Electricians
2. Processing Electricity Supplier requests
3. Managing Customer Standards Data Base
4. Processing Internal work requests
5. Arranging Customer appointments
6. Engaging with Customers and dealing proactively with customer enquiries
7. Call Handling Support
8. Dealing with Metering requests from Building & and Electrical Contractors and local authorities
9. Liaising with Internal Departments
10. Updating and maintaining Spreadsheets
11. Assisting with small and large-scale projects which may entail minimal extended working hours
12. Input of Prepayment Metering Data
Essential Criteria
13. Minimum 4 GCSE's (or equivalent) at Grade C including Mathematics and English Language; or
minimum two years relevant experience preferably in a clerical / administrative role.
14. Developed IT Skills (including MS Office).
15. Strong numerical skills with good attention to detail and accuracy.
16. Current UK driving licence & access to a vehicle for use as required.
Desirable Criteria
17. Previous experience of working in a busy office environment.
18. Previous experience of interacting and communicating directly with customers.
