Legal Cashier, Brighton A vacancy has arisen for a Legal Cashier to join the finance team in our friendly and diverse centrally-located office in Brighton. You will have previous experience in legal accounts and be an effective team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills and a self-motivated and organised approach to your work. You will be responsible for: Managing client accounts and ensuring compliance with SRA rules; Monitoring and advertising daily client funds, from the banking system for all electronic payments (CHAPS, BACs and FPS); Processing payments, receipts & transfers, manual cheques and/or cash banking; Posting expenses - fees, travel etc.; ‘Infotrack’ & Land Registry invoices; Filing & other daily administrative duties. You will have up to date knowledge of the Solicitors Accounts Rules. Experience of ‘Indigo’ is preferred, but is not essential. Ideally you will be available to start as soon as possible and live within easy reach of our Brighton office.
