As Part-Time Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in guiding our client's financial decisions. Working over 21 hours per week, you'll have the flexibility to balance your professional and personal commitments. The role offers a hybrid working model, with two days in the Newcastle office and one day from home.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and strategic guidance on all financial matters to the senior team
* Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
* Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement financial policies and procedures
* Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and drive efficiency
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in a finance leadership role
* Strong all-round accounts experience
* Ability to advise and influence senior stakeholders
* Experience in a smaller organisation, such as a charity or educational trust, is desirable but not essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Hybrid working model (2 days in office, 1 day remote)
* 28 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata to 21 hours)
