We're Hiring – Lamination Runner (Permanent Role)
Location: Nelipak Elsham
Due to internal career moves, we've got an exciting opportunity for a motivated Lamination Runner to join our dynamic production team. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the heart of manufacturing.
As part of the role, you'll also be driving a Forklift Truck (FLT) – so a valid FLT licence is essential.

Location: The Flarepath, Elsham Wold Industrial Estate, Brigg, DN20 0SP
Working Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (2 days / 2 nights), 12 hours shift with 1 hour paid break - average 42 hours per week
Pay Rate: £13.42 per hour
What You'll Do
As a Lamination Runner, you'll assist the Lamination Operator in safely and efficiently running our lamination machines. Your responsibilities will include:
* Loading/unloading and weighing reels
* Handling materials via SAP and returning stock
* Operating lifting equipment, FLTs, VNA trucks, and hand trucks
* Managing waste, changing adhesives, and completing cleaning routines
* Running machinery safely: balers and core cutters
* Completing documentation and participating in 5S and WCOM activities
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in a manufacturing/production environment
* A reliable team player with a strong work ethic
* Willing to learn new skills and take on new challenges
* Attentive to detail with a "right first time" attitude
* Comfortable working independently and to tight deadlines
* Physically capable of manual work and operating machinery
* FLT License holder (essential)
