Overview
As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the friendly face who welcomes our customers to our restaurant. Working predominantly in the dining area, you will be responsible for exceeding hospitality expectations and making it special for all of our guests. You will consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant. You will need to complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction and follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist customers in the dining area to create a positive dining experience.
* Maintain high standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant.
* Complete tasks in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.

* Support overall wellbeing with access to counselling, mental health support, life management, medical guidance and resources where available.
