Your new role
Working within the existing team you will be responsible for:
1. Overseeing the entire credit control function, including the generation of invoices and statements.
2. Preparing customer statements using Sage and Excel.
3. Recording receipts in Sage 50, managing cheques, bank receipts, and processing card payments.
4. Resolving customer queries and providing support with the purchase ledger.
5. Performing general accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered, candidates should possess experience in credit control with proficiency in Sage and Excel desirable. Additionally, resilience and the ability to manage customer interactions effectively are crucial. Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work are also required.
