The ideal candidate will lead business development activities, drive sales, and manage marketing and customer service initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Prospect and leverage potential new business opportunities within the UK market;
* Develop business and regulatory plans for the UK and achieve operational objectives;
* Identify opportunities from marketing leads and manage local business partnerships;
* Report market information to headquarters in a timely manner;
* Collaborate with departments to establish operational processes for the UK market;
* Enhance brand awareness of the company and its products in the UK;
* Provide excellent customer service and prompt solutions to inquiries.
Qualifications/Skills
* At least 2 years of experience in BD or sales in molecular pathology or IVD-related markets;
* BSc or MSc in Life & Science, Molecular Pathology, or Clinical Medicine; MBA or PhD is a plus;
* Good knowledge of the local molecular pathology market; international and multicultural experience preferred;
* Excellent communication and presentation skills;
* Strategic and creative thinking with meticulous execution and operational excellence;
* Energetic and motivated to find new business opportunities quickly;
* Familiar with selling imported products in Europe;
* Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
